DOUGLAS; No, it's MINE and you ain't havin' it!!

ME: DOUGLAS! WHAT have you got there (chasing him into the kitchen)

DOUGLAS: (through gritted teeth and a mouth full of small rodent): It's MINE

ME: Drop!

DOUGLAS: Awww, now look wot u made me do :-(

ME: OUT (shooing him out of kitchen then moving bin and opening door so that small rodent can escape into back garden. Well, it's a shrew not a mouse so I was feeling lenient.

Either small rodent has a twin brother or a death wish cos' it's back in the run!
